For best results we roto and steam clean your carpets using two different machines.
The roto cleaning gently scrubs your carpet releasing deep imbedded soil. The steam cleaning deodorizes, rinses, and extracts leaving your carpet clean and fresh.
Process of Carpet Cleaning
PRE-INSPECTION
Our service technician will inspect particular areas of concern, condition of the carpet and advise you of any possible permanent staining.
FURNITURE MOVING
If needed, sofas, chairs and tables will be carefully moved. Larger pieces such as beds, dressers, entertainment centers, china cabinets and other liability prone items are left in place under our regular pricing structure. Furniture will be protected with disposable blocks and tabs as needed.
PRE-CONDITION AND PRE-SPOT TREATMENT
Traffic areas and spots are pre-treated for more effective soil and spot removal.
ROTO-CLEANING
Our roto machine gently scrubs the carpet releasing deep imbedded soil.
STEAM-CLEANING
Once the soil has been loosened our hot water extraction process will thoroughly rinse and extract the carpet leaving it clean and fresh with no sticky residue left behind.
POST-SPOT TREATMENT
If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process special spotting techniques are employed.(This excludes permanent stains that are identified by our technician in the pre-inspection).
TEFLON CARPET PROTECTION (optional but recommended)
Carpets protected with Teflon last longer and stay cleaner longer.
POST GROOMING
The carpet pile is set in up position for faster drying and better visual appeal when Teflon has been applied.
POST INSPECTION
Our technician will walk through home or business with the customer to inspect our work and let us know you are pleased.
